Lunches are paid and the provide free food in the team member dining room, though the quality of it really depends on the day/staff.Ĭons: I worked at Quest for close to five years and had an actual performance review maybe four times (including my 30 day review because I never received a 90 day review) the entire time. Getting to learn about and be exposed to Kalispel culture was wonderful. I worked with a lot of amazing people and there were points when the department really felt like a second family.
Pros: The benefits here are great and the overall company does truly seem to want to provide support for their team members.
